My calves hate me.

Did 7. Tried to go fast-ish. Its hard with mega hills and crossing intersections.

I ran with out pain, which is incredible. I took a naproxen this morning, I think I woke up with a headache? I dont’ remember. I wore my knee strap, with some anti-chafing stuff underneath. It kept sliding down and I ended up just putting it in my pocket. Just a few twinges of knee pain, nothing major, and almost zero toe pain. I haven’t run without pain since maybe late December? I’m like at 95% right now as far as no pain, recovery.

I took a look at my running calendar so far this month, only one long run of 13 miles in…next week I’m doing the GW Parkway Classic 10 Miler. Afterwards I plan on doing 6-8 on the rest of the Mount Vernon Trail, if anyone would like to join. Then an 18 or 20 miler one of the first two weeks of May…then a proper taper!

Taking it easy the rest of the day, trying to read stuff for my marketing class! Then I go in to get the IUD put in!! Still a bit nervous!!
